Car was returned with a dead battery. Called about fixing and I was told that since it cannot be proved that it was your fault nothing could be done. You guys had the car for 3 weeks, how could it possibly by my fault.

Everyone we dealt with at Bi County was absolutely fabulous, and we were given what I feel was a fair and honest price. The work looks beautiful, and was completed in a timely manner. The facility was clean and updated, and I felt very comfortable leaving our vehicle there. I would highly recommend Bi County to anyone!

Excellent work. Very satisfied with all the team members at Bi County Auto repair. My car came out just the way it was before it was hit. Thank you.
