See my survey for a detailed response. In the survey I forgot to mention that ****, Paul, and another man a little older (I can't remember his name) were all wonderful and very responsive when I initially dropped my car off and when I picked it up. They were apologetic and sympathetic when I was unhappy about the dent and scratches on the trunk and did a great job making sure I was heard and finishing the job right. My main complaint is with the customer service and one of the receptionists.

Everyone is extremely pleasant , caring and helpful. I love the fact that they have kept me informed, every day by text, as to the progress of my car. The waiting area is perfect for their customers and the fact that Enterprise has a spot in their waiting room is exceptional!
