Everyone at Bi County was courteous and professional. From the time I walked in til the time I picked up my car, they were helpful in answering my questions and taking care of things that needed to get done with regards to the insurance company. I've been to BiCounty a few times over the years and have always been satisfied. This was a minor repair (tail light replacement). I was pleased with the work and the fact that the car was immaculate when I picked it up. Estimator was pleasant and helpful.
