My car was washed and sanitized after having my bumper replaced which was a nice surprised especially during a pandemic. Everyone at the front desk is really nice and goes above and beyond to communicate well. My car was also done much quicker than expected. Thank you! Great experience once again.

Botanicare unprofessional they have no idea what they're doing all they had to do was look at my vehicle and they could tell the damage by visually inspecting it if they were any kind of mechanic after two other gas station mechanic told me my axle is bad my truck we brought you guys and you told me that there was nothing wrong with my truck and that would have your receptionist upfront must be a mechanic because she told me my truck wasn't driving right because my brakes were low while she didn't know what you was talkin about my truck wasn't driving right because the axle is no good I had fixed at a gas station which Progressive paid for

Total condensation inside vehicle when it rains..Waited 4 weeks to get Mercedes Windshield in..Turns out they installed aftermarket windshield, thinking I wouldn’t know (took it to another place) last they removed the manual from vehicle and can’t find it ???? so I have to order a new one, which I think they should of offered to do..
