The technician that cleaned the headlight windows inadvertently damaged one of the yellow light bulbs. It is a smaller bulb. The good news is when I showed it to **** she agreed to repair it. I need to find an hour to return the car to the shop. **** was very responsive.

Everything was great from start to finish didn’t have any problems at all and the customer service was great. Didn’t include on first survey but some things were dirty but I went to car wash and fixed. I was just happy to have my vehicle back within timely fashion and looking beautiful thanks again for everything.

INTEGRITY is the greatest attribute of a service oriented business. Bi-County gave me the most appropriate appraisal and and predicted repair service timeline ever. Having owned only Mercedes cars for the last twenty years and three dealings with the local dealership recommended repair shop in the area , the challenging experiences regarding the cost and timeline nightmares with them, BI-COUNTY was a pleasure. They were recommended for my TESLA X by Tesla I cannot thank them enough. Reliable, Appropriate, not regarding the presence of a repair job as a blank check to bill, following up on the repair have been perfected by the staff there. From front desk to Mr. Matt, impressed. I do not write reviews, very first Best of luck for the business, even though you do not need it as good business practices like yours by themselves will forever keep you busy and profitable.
