I don't think my car was thoroughly checked for damages and when i was told it was completed i went to pick it up and noticed there was another dent that wasn't fixed. I was told to contact the service rep on monday to see how they would handle it. And this means possibly more time off work to get it back in and having to find another means of transportation, since this is my only form of transportation.

When I picked up the vehicle, there was a horrible whistling sound coming from the door that had been replaced. I had to return the vehicle for adjustments to the door so it would seal properly. I would think that a test drive should be part of the repair process when a door is replaced. The whistling was immediately obvious as soon as I reached about 40mph.
The shop made whatever necessary adjustments to correct the problem. I am now pleased with the repair.
