I was not satisfied because I had an appointment to bring my vehicle in for repairs on Tuesday April 25, after being told the parts were available. All of the automated updates kept telling me it would be ready on Fri April 28, I came in to pay for it in advance only to find out it would not be ready until Monday. Then on Monday was told they were still working on it at 4 pm. And was told that work did not begin on the day I brought it in. It sat for two days before work began and it only required 10 total hours of labor. Frustrating lack of communication.
