I was repeatedly lied to or misled about the repair time. It resulted in extra expenses and difficulty with planned travel. I was spoken to dismissively by management, who had the assurance of payment from my insurance company regardless of the quality of service. I will not use Service King again and will ensure others are aware of my treatment.
