Problem not fixed

It was convent having everything all in one spot. In the future I would ask a person who is getting a rental if they are looking to buy a ford. I am in the market for a new car and would of loved to test drive a new ford from Kenny Ross.

Repairs were so quick! And the car looks fantastic. Jason was super. The whole team was great. My car was cleaned even which surprised me. I greatly appreciated everything done for me. Hopefully I will never have another car accident but if I do I know I will receive great service and quality repairs.

I brought my car in to have the driver side mirror repaired and the mechanics broke the emergency brake in the process.

When I got rental vehicle enterprise guy said it had ****/4 tank but he marked it as ****/8 tank well I ran out of gas I brought it back with ****/2 tank other than that I had a good experience with Kenney Ross Ford I was treated well and repair looks good

Extremely friendly and helpful

My vehicle was damaged when I was rear-ended by a driver who was most likely texting. I was going to have my car repaired at #**** **** Collision because I purchased my car at #**** ****. When they told me it could not be repaired until the week of 12/28 or ****/4, I was so upset. My Mom is seriously ill and will most likely need surgery on 12/21 or 12/22. I really did not want to use a rental car. I explained this to Sean Dockman and Jeff Faix on 12/14. They were both very professional and helpful (as was the woman I spoke with first in the front office--sorry I forgot her name). Sean and Jeff assured me of the excellent work done there and said my car should be ready for pick up by 12/18. My car was repaired and ready for pick up on 12/17. It only took three days and my car looks great. I am extremely grateful. Thank you very much for your excellent service. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I would recommend everyone to Ford for their car repairs

You did not correct my phone number from my wife's number of ****-****-xxxx to MY phone number of ****-****-xxxx. Other than that, all was great.

Did not recieve an invoice of what was repaired nor did I recieve a reciept. Plus there was some sort of black sealant on the trunk lid which I had to use bug and tar remover to get it off.

Thank you. I'm really weary of anyone touching my car bc of past experiences, but I was happy to see my car whole again and the constant communication helped a lot to calm my nerves.

The gentleman I was working with was very nice and helpful. The repair work looks great too.
