After discussing with Ben, I am amending my survey answers. The communications on the repair were fine by Ben. I didn't check the Liberty web site, and Town Audi was not as forthcoming as they might have been. The braking incident was de minimus. And the missing key ring is on town Audi, not Ben. they did a great job.

Ben’s was excellent. A gentleman took our car on Saturday when Ben’s is usually closed so that helped us out greatly. A quick turnaround for repairs especially since 4th of July fell during this time. I would recommend their repair to anyone.
