I really liked the text msg updates you guys provided. It would have been cool to have seen pics with the texts but not sure if that's possible. While waiting for the truck to be finished up, the lady working reception put the tv in the waiting room for my 5 ur old daughter on her own. It was very nice and thoughtful. Sometimes it's the little things that leave good impressions with you about a business and I had several with Key Collision of Rochester. Professional, prompt, courteous. Highly recommended.
