When I went to pick up my car the TPMS light was on. When I questioned this they immediately were willing to check the air pressure, ride the car and check the sensors. We found one sensor deficient. As a result I will be bringing the car in to have this repaired. It may sound like a small thing but the clarity if insuring the safety to my daughter's vehicle makes this parent very happy.

I had such an easy and convenient repair experience with Russo Brothers when my parked car was hit the first time that I went back the second time my poor parked car was hit a few years later, even though I had moved 40 miles away. Jerry was a perfect gentleman and a professional. I highly recommend Russo Brothers.

I think that you guys did a great job! I would say that you should change the rental car associates you are paired with. Enterprise gave me a great car that I was satisfied with but, the employee I had to go through to get the car was extremely unprofessional, gave me an attitude and was rude to a family member of mine on the phone when asked simple questions. He was condescending and rolled his eyes, threw his hands in the air with frustration and was very irritable. While waiting for me, he was on his phone the entire time, did not make eye contact once and asked me for my license and credit card with no explanation as to why it was needed. Extremely rude. I think you would agree that this is no way to treat a customer. The shop was wonderful, the geico representative wonderful as well. Thank you for your service.

Very professional in every part of the repair. From drop off to pick-up. The text updates needs some work though. 3 days ago it said the car would be ready April 25th (car was ready 4/12). It was a bit confusing.
