Poor communication. No one answers the phones. I was told to pick up my “completed” car but when I arrived, the right rear tire and hub cap were not replaced/repaired, the paint job was incomplete (and now that I have my car, I noticed another area on the right rear replaced door that the paint job is still shoddy), and an unrelated tire had two nails in it. I know you dealt with my insurance company and my adjuster paid every bill, but he too had a difficult time with your poor communication. As a result, I was without my car for over 6 weeks. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend you.

To start off my car wasn’t touched for a month while in your possession from 4/5-5/5. I called multiple times and was told the same thing the car is broken down waiting on insurance and the insurance was never contacted. Then because you didn’t like the quote from Allstate and wanted to use your own and they refused to cooperate, you wanted us to use our own insurance company and that is wrong. I can only imagine how many others you have done this too. We picked up our car and parts, brought it to another place, it was fixed in 5 days and done properly. Y’all were wasting my time. And the insurance just to get more money.

After having the track for 4 month and telling me it came through 100% computer check I found back sonar sensors and BSM sensors was not installed. All warning lights was on the front display. Some other parts was not exchanged, brake lights not connected for topper.

The quality was wonderful. However, It took longer than expected and I had to keep calling for updates. In addition, most of the time I called, I had to wait on the phone for several minutes. Loved the work but wish the responsiveness and pro activity was better

Staff was very pleasant when I was able to get through by phone or in person but I never, ever received a call back after leaving a voicemail, despite your outgoing message that promises a call back 'the next day'. Tried on different days and no calls back, not after 24hrs or ever. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Everyone I spoke to was helpful and professional . It took longer to repair then I thought it would ,but I do understand the problem of getting parts during this time. The car looks like new.. paint color matched perfectly. I would recommend you to others as long as they are patient.

Con’s: delay in completion due to misfiling of insurance approval that added a week or two to the project (I had to call to get this finally fixed) and PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PHONE and RESPOND TO MESSAGES!!! Communication is a BIG issue and if not for the great condition of my car, I would not have been satisfied.
