The car had some issues with the paint but they assured me they will take care of them. The other thing was the long wait time which is not the shop faults. Other than that. I am satisfied with the customer service and everything else .

My repair process was the worst experience I have ever had. My car was there for 7 weeks. The only reason I got my car back when I did is because I caught them in a lie. I understand that parts were on back order and this is not in the auto body shops control, but after parts were received it still took two weeks for my car to be completed. They clearly do not care about the customer, and take advantage of women who do not know any better when it comes to car repairs .

If I did not cal the Collision Center, I had no idea what was going on with my repair I'd be told it would take 3 days and then **** week later, no follow up at all. I've honestly, never seen such poor follow-up from a car company before.

Would have liked a few more status updates throughout the progress without having to call. Sounds like it may have been a technical problem. Also having to return to pickup a charging cable that was removed from my car and not returned was less than ideal. The repair looks great and am very happy with the result. I did find some spots of wax that weren't buffed out from the exterior detailing as well. Just a few notes. Thanks

Repair was great but the communication to me from WDCC was totally inadequate on the progress of my repair. I had to continually keep calling and traveling to the shop to get updates. Most of my emails, texts and phone messages were not answered at all or in a timely manner.

I did not get a response from Rual and I noticed my wheel-well under carrige casing was not replaced, and a hole was just cust out of the damaged product. If i don't hear back, I will continue to escalate issue with Statefarm & West Delray.
