I appreciate your question, and want to stress that I was VERY satisfied with my interaction with West Delray Collision. They people were great, the services was excellent and the car looks great. But the questions says "Completely" satisfied. And there were somethings that were slightly irritating. The car detail was not done with quality. There were numerous streaks and the windows were dirty and rims not completely cleaned (not a big deal, but I can't say I was completely satisfied with the job). Also I had spoken to someone about buffing out a section of paint that had lost its clear sheen. I was assured that would be done, and it was not. I understand this is outside the scope of the work that was being completed, but I was really excited to see that fixed and was disappointed when it wasn't. But otherwise, you guys did a fantastic job.

I was never contacted by my service manager after dropping off the car. Throughout the month of January, my insurance company was told there were dealys due to a parts backorder. On 2/3, I contacted Mazda directly and found out all parts were delivered on ****/8, nothing was on back order. The shop admitted they lost the parts and until came in pushed for action, there was no plan to order more as no one I spoke to was even aware the parts were not on back order. The start of repairs was delayed from Jan 8th to Feb 9th due to the shop not realizing they lost the parts and had to reorder. When the repairs were completed, we picked up the car on 2/24 and it was dirty with muddy footprints in the door sill and under the paper floormat. Later we found pine needles in the trunk under the cargo cover that was likely removed to gain interior access for the rear end work. There are a couple plastic gromets sitting in the interior door handle.
No idea where those came from or not reinstalled.
We owned this brand new car for 2 days before the bumper was damaged while parked. It was immaculate when dropped off at Mazda. After a month of unnecessary delays, you could have a least delivered a clean car.

When I picked up the car I was just given the keys and told the car had been brought to the front of the building .
It would have been nice If someone showed me what was repaired and ask me how the car looked . It would have been a personal touch .

My car was in your shop from 10/29/23 to ****/12/24. It was there for Halloween,Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. It was so stressful not having a rent a car and having to find rides or pay for them, it cause physical illness for me. I was in a worst accident and I got my car back from Toyota in 2-3 weeks. I feel this was unacceptable and it caused me to get depressed and have a lotof stress related issues.

Extremely happy with the quality and people but feel that with the extent of my damage it should not have taken the entire 30 days. EXTREMELY PLEASED that right after I picked up my car on ****/9 I got home and noticed that there was an electrical problem. Called the office just after 5:00 PM and they sent Mitch Solomon over to my house and he was able to dissect the problem, and it wasn't easy, and fixed the problem in my driveway! Apparently some electrical cable was not attached behind my driver side door when it was re-installed. Mitch is a Saint! He is a credit to the company...Please thank him again.
