When I dropped off my car, the front office ladies did say that it will take a few months for my car to be repaired due to insurance companies and parts. During these past 4 months, I would email Travis for a car status update and he would get back to me quickly. The girls at the front desk are very sweet and easy to work with! Definitely made a stressful situation easy to work with!! Kim took very well care of us too! Got my car back this past Tuesday and it looks like a brand new car! Smells SO good! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome despite the wait, but they did warn me of that! Thank you again! :) Definitely hands down recommend them!

I had several issues:
****. $750 towing charge for a 36 mile tow. Average industry standard would’ve been $200, or I had AAA that would’ve been free.
2. They were quick to get my car in, but slow to get car appraised. We lost trust early on in this unfortunate accident.
3. Very difficult to get a live person on the phone once the vehicle was at the shop.

Time it took for the repair and lack of statue updates. The interior of the car is filthy. Dust everywhere and the interior windows were not clean! The work done on the repair of the car is exceptional.

Updates could have been more timely. It took two months to get the car in perfect condition. My only complaint would be due to the extended time, my insurance coverage for rental car was only for one month, meaning I had to cover the month myself.

No details invoices for my car rental. Bad communication between my insurance co and West Delray. Forgot to install my tire the « repaired « tire on my car. Install wrong size tire 18 inch vs 20 inch on my car , different tire brand, dangerous situation for our lives….

Took much too long to repair the car. Unrelated to the accident, a $3000 car part was damaged during time car was being repaired, It had to be replaced. Paperwork the insurance company asked for to pay the claim was held up for weeks. Anytime I called to get a status or ask a question, no one answered the phone nor responded to my voicemails. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had anywhere! I will never bring my car back and i will tell everyone I know not to use your business.

Repair took nearly 3 months, they broke the car down before parts arrived and would not return it even though the car was drivable. They added panels that are not the same color as the original. The work was done very poorly, panels stick out and the door does not close proper.
