While my car took longer than expected (shipping problems, covid, Suez Canal) because of shipping delays, you kept me updated more than my own insurance agent did. You guys are simply the best in south Florida and I’d never trust my car to anyone else.

Although you took forever, my 2013 Honda acts and looks like new. The only catch is why you didn't see the cracked windshield the day I was to pick it up. Goodluck on your expansion.

Unfortunately my car was totaled by the insurance company. I believe that West Delray Collision could have, should have repaired it as they certainly appear to be capable.

You are taking more cars in than you can fix. It took you 2.5 months for a 3 weeks job. We had to spend $4K in car rentals for which we have no way to recoup. I have filed a complaint at Progressive. JMF

These folks do an excellent job getting your car back in shape The work takes a bit longer sometimes but the work is first quality and worth it if you want your car to look like it did when you bought it

We waited over a week for Forrest to get final charges doc to USAA. He admitted to me it was his fault and that USAA would not be charged for that storage time, but they were charged and when the issue was brought to your company attention, you would not remove the unwarranted charges. We will never be using your company again! It is these types of deceptive business practices that cause rates to go increase for all of us.
