I had to wait while they wash and clean my car there was also inside sand all over they going to take it again but I told them to forget it I would do it since started to rain also my seats were all the way back had come back for them to be adjusted so no I was not happy

At detail process detailer scratched car all down left hand side by wearing a belt or zipper.
I am the a king it to someone for paint corrections for not only those scratches but the ones left in the hood that was painted by your people. Paint matches perfectly but detailing is horrible.

Vehicle was there for 4.5 months. On drive back from repair shop after it was "finished", discovered noise from front wheel. Took it directly to Toyota and they discovered front wheel bearing was destroyed. Vehicle was not safe to drive. 100% unacceptable

You never called when you said you would, you had the car for over 7 weeks when you told me all the parts were there after 3 weeks. I called at least once a week to get an update, again you never returned my calls. I told you I was paying for a rental car, that had zero effect on your people. The only saving grace is that the car did look great .

My suv is still not finished after over two months. Went to go pick up the vehicle, as I’m leaving parts are flying of the vehicle, interior door panel ripped, they broke the key and glued it back together. Terrible service still trying to get my suv finished.

This is the 3rd time I’ve brought a car into West Delray Collision. The first 2 times their work was completed quickly and done perfectly. This 3rd time was a nightmare. They told me it will take 3-5 weeks. When I didn’t get any response after 5 weeks I went in and demanded to see my car. They had done NOT A SINGLE THING. I kept pressure on them and finally it was done just after 6 weeks. The worst part was how they disrespected me time and time again with promises that they would call me back - and they NEVER DID! I blame all the girls in the office for that. They kept telling me that my insurance company was holding things up - my insurance company had a whole different story. Finally, the original estimate was just over $1800 and the final cost was over $8700. ??? What?

My experience with West Delray Collision was a disaster. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to a family or friend, which is unfortunate because the greatest amount of business comes from referrals or recommendations. Truly, unfortunate as I had much greater expectations on this repair with your establishment. Geico and insurance was nothing but superb and responsive.

My vehicle was not repaired in a timely . It took nearly 30 days for my vehicle to be returned to me when I was initially told it would only take 2 weeks. There was poor and conflicting information given to me about steps taken to complete the repairs. They did not work cohesively with the Progressive Insurance Adjustor. Blame was put on the adjustor for the delay meanwhile, the adjustor communicated the delay was on the part of the repair shop. He stated, "they didn't give me access to the vehicle until two days before it was scheduled to b." He also relayed he was unable to complete the vehicle inspection in a timely fashion in order to complete the evaluation process. In addition the work was not done in a quality manner. It wasn't done well and had to be returned to be redone/fixed. I was so unhappy with the quality of work that a manager at the Honda of Delray dealer where I brought my vehicle for repairs was notified.
