You're reps do not answer calls. The keyless security system is screwed up. The leasing company (enterprise) you returned the car to has not been paid. Have been calling you office for month to resolve this. No response.

I was referred here by a family friend. I trusted his referral even though I usually go to a different body shop for my Audi’s. Besides the fact it took three months to replace the hood and repair side panel and bumper damage, I was initially shocked at the $11k estimate which was almost double the quote I got from the other body shop. But I was absolutely astounded when I signed the final paperwork showing $22k in damage. My car was essentially totaled based on your prices. 3 months in the shop and my insurance rates just jumped an extra $150 a month. You guys take on way too many vehicles to turnaround cars in a timely manner and these prices are beyond excessive.

Horrible experience! Now my car is back in the shop and needs a new engine. You guys had my car for two months, no communication and still couldn’t get it right. I am extremely upset and would never recommend your shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

It took y’all almost 4 months to fix a small dent on my car. Was not very happy, and when I got my car one of the things on the hood where it closed looked like it was cut. And I know it was not cut when I gave it to y’all. Never again.

As weeks past and I would call to inquiry of the status I was always told it was "In production."
I was reassured the suv was being worked on.
If ever anyone should asked me where to send their car for body work.

The parking at your shop is atrocious and work areas in the back don’t portray a state of the art repair center. The run around and excuses that I got from multiple people at your shop as to the status of my truck was endless. As a customer I expect honest answers, not excuses and apologies. I was told constantly that I would receive a call back and on multiple occasions and no call back. Your establishment is so disorganized that I think you need to overhaul your entire business plan and operation. That’s no way to run a business. On a positive note your staff was always friendly and professional when dealing with them but I unfortunately would never recommend your business to anyone for the reasons listed above. I’m still waiting for a sticker decal for my truck and it’s been 2 weeks again with no call back from Lenny. Unacceptable business practices.
