Quick, professional and reasonable. Done when promised and results are such that I cannot detect by sight where the damage was. That is the reason that I always gave your firm among a few others to do repair work when asked by customers where to go.

Have always worked with Duncan as a prior customer. Was assigned to Randy this time. Overall, the car repair was satisfactory and I appreciated the car being vacuumed & washed. Had some minor issues with Randy: ****) took three days to give me an estimated to fix/repaint 2 doors Perhaps I am wrong, but that seemed really high. 2) at the same time told me GEICO would be coming out for an additional estimate 3) When car was ready wanted 200, forgot the 100 coupon in my folder, had to remind him. 4)When I picked up the car, the front plate holder (included in the estimate) was missing - he promised to call me back with 30 minutes, but he did not. Also, told me there was no additional estimate from GEICO, so was he just stalling when he told me that? Calls me back 2 days later (not 30 minutes) & I return & front plate get installed. (no issue), but 5) Calls me later that day to say I haven't paid the 100 deductible, that was paid in cash? Then backtracks when I firmly tell him it was paid in cash. Seems like this rep could use a lot more training! I will ask for Duncan in the future.

My sons vehicle AC was repaired. We are very satisfied with their Service. Friendly people and helpful. I would recommend anyone to them. Thank you!

Missing the emblem on the side door. The person that was handling my car said that he would call me on Friday April 1st to give me an update, never received a call. I had to call in and fine out when my car was going to be done. I would like a call from the owner Eddie Thanks Patricia R

Interior detail wasn't complete, but wasn't charged for it... Compound job was impeccable ! My car's paint job looks brand new.

Customer service was good until they added an unwanted branded plate holder to my vehicle without my permission. Reggie was nice about removing and handing the problem but the lady I spoke with (may have been Donna) did not practice good customer service.

Was complicated getting the rental, was not informed I had to go to their rental office. Had to wait half hour for rental to come get me.
