If I had known that you lost your contract witb Geico, I would of tsken my car to anotber shop. I feel like the work that was done to my car took an extremely long time, far past the norm. When I picked up my car no ine showed me around the car. I would of been nkce for someone to walk outskde and explain what you fixed.
Chrs lacks customer servjce ethics. Secerla times while on the phone be spoke over me, cutting my concerna short. In two occasions he told Geico that he would call me. He never did, I had to call each time. In addition to this Chris stretched the truth when he told me he has 5 cars in the shop tbat had been sittkng fkr Feico. Funny, because Geuco told me how many cars had been sitting, and was floored to find out he wasnt telling the truth.
All of this happened in the midst of me having majkr surgery. While I was trying to recover I was worrked aboit my car. I should of never had to do that. When I dropled off my car and Chris told me it could be a week befkre they could come out, I immediately got on the with GEICo, and I do believe they came the day I called. I should not have done his job for him.
I also want to mention thats when I initially brought in my car for an estimate, my troubles startes and I informed the young landy at the counter that the GEICO guy was not looking at ny car correctly, and he took his nail snd scratched the paint ofd my car. I complained to her and I knew thew then buffung my car would no justice.
I apologize for any typos. My medicine affecs my vision.
I support small businesses in our valley, and participate in numerous non profit events. I know bad news travels faster than good news and at this time I have no good news about Craft Collison.
Because of so many inconveniences amd would like for Craft to return rhe 250 deductible.

The notices as to when my car was finished and could be picked up were somewhat irritatin, as they kept changing. Twice I cancelled an activity to get ready to pick up my car, only to find there was a delay. I didn't mind the wait, it was the expectation to pick up my car and then finding it was delayed. Other than that, I was satisfied.
