So very impressed that a Rental was waiting for me when I dropped-off my van (very much appreciated the convenience). Thank You to your Manager for coming back after hours to find and fix a tire issue (gob of goo causing a droning rumble).

There are 2 small dents on the roofs edge that is still present and the hood does'nt look quite right in an area of repair. These are difficult to see on a white truck in full sun.

People at Collision center who dealt with every aspect of the repair process were very friendly and informative... Repairs were done in a timely manner and even though repairs were minor, they look great

The automatic window control to put the window up no longer works. I used to be able to click the button up once and the window would automatically go up. Now I have to hold the button until the window is all the way up. Please call me.

You did not call me on my cell phone after sending me usless texts. You called and left a msg. On home phone. Did me no good and caused problems for me. Established method of contact was day cell phone. Then most important msg. Your car is ready for pickup goes to a home msg machine!

The trunk light was not reinstalled, as promised. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I'm a senior and it was my first body shop repair. It far exceeded my expectations of a great job. The repairs, painting and cleanup were excellent. The workers did a great job and Buck keeping me informed with texts was great. Job well done and very satisfied. Lenard and Diane Millner.

From my brief drive home and quick inspection yesterday, you seem to have done a great job on my car. I was told you have a lifetime warranty on your work, which is good to know. Your updates were helpful, and you took my calls politely and helpfully. I'm sure you will continue to do so if I have questions later. I have always been pleased with Craft service on my cars.
