The overall experience was great! Everyone was friendly & informative. Only wish the text message status updates were completed earlier in the day. On multiple days received a message for an estimated completion date and a new estimated completion date would be received after4pm or even the next business day.

Right side mirror was replaced but camera is not functioning - says "Aiming not complete". Car had been ready for 3 hours without my knowledge because front desk didn't have my cell # even though my estimate paperwork & drop off envelope had the cell number. Message was left on my home number - an hour away from Lynchburg.
