I'm sorry, but my husband and I will never use craft collision again. The ladies at the front desk were rude, the repairs took more than three times longer than originally quoted, and when we finally got our car back, 500 miles had been put on the odometer. It was not a good experience. From the poor customer service to the messing with our stereo/settings in the car, we were sorely disappointed!

I had white leather seats. They got a little dirty during the repair process. I was able to see the repair men's fingerprints with oil or something on the leather lining on the door. It also appeared to be something spilled on the passenger seat and then wiped off.
I can understand these things do happen at a workshop. But craft collision could have taken the time to clean the leather stains they made. Now I have to take the car somewhere to clean the leather.
