I was amazed at the speed at which my car was repaired. Even the damage was relatively minor I expected to be without my car for two or three days. I have to say that I have never had a negative experience when the Craft brand is involved and this was no exception. Polite, effective, efficient and a professional job. Thanks.

For the most part I have no complaints, the trunk just rattles when I go to close it, as if broken glass is stuck in it. It smells pretty strong of paint. When I first got it back the the trunk/gas button panel was loose and hanging. Although it wasn't 100% secure when craft originally received it, it wasn't completely off.

When picking up vehicle the inside was a mess. Muddy footprints all over floorboard and grease places on seats. Car had no places like this when dropped off for repair. Final inspection should have corrected this and had it clean for pickup.

Second time I have worked with Frank in a year and he has done an excellent job both times with communication and ensuring that the vehicle is repaired back to factory condidtion in a very timely mannor. I am always happy with the service provided by everyone at Craft Collision.

The quality of work was fine. Received text messages every day that all was on schedule. 45 minutes before the scheduled pick up time, I received a call that "clean-up" didn't start by 3 PM so I could not pick up until 4PM Monday. I questioned. Next call 15 min later was that the right parts were not received (ordered 4 weeks earlier). The customer service experience was horrible. Basically it was "nothing I can do - sorry". I had made commitments for the weekend that had to be cancelled. I had to really press just to get a rental. Please train your assistant managers how to deal with customers impacted when your business processes fail. Tough luck is not the right approach to start. Thank you, Randall F

Was disappointed that the entire interior was not vaccumed. Still had deer hair in my trunk. Also expected them to wash the exterior and that wasn't done either.

The drivers door is improperly assembled & won't unlock. Also , I'm really not pleased with the customer service . The manager should call me to discuss.

Very professionally handled-start to finish. Very well satisfied! One would never know the vehicle had been in an accident. Was also very thankful for the relationship between Allstate (C.D. Campbell, adjuster, and Craft Collision. This transcended over to me as well.
