I really appreciated the communication and updates via text and phone calls. I never had to wonder about the status or when it would be done. And even with snow that could have easily delayed everything, it was done a day early! I also appreciated being remembered by name and everyone at the front desk was helpful, personable, and professional. Thank you!

This service was performed for our college age daughter while she is away at school. She was very stressed, having never having to do this, but you all made this experience so easy for her! Thankfully, this is a first experience for me. I appreciated that you kept in touch with me. You let me know how things were moving along and I do feel I got my car back in good time. You allowed me opportunity to ask any questions while my car was there. The question I had was quickly answered and answered to my satisfaction. I picked my car up Thursday evening - it looked like the day I bought it the end of August 2014. It looked all healed!! I have driven it now about 30 miles. All seems to be in great shape. I did think that it might sound differently. Someone suggested that because the cooling system had been damaged, you may have had to install a different fan and that may be what is sounding different. Everyone there has been very nice and helpful. Surely hope not to have another such experience but if I do, I would no doubt choose you folks to do the job. Thank you.

It took longer than the first estimate to repair my car - about a week. I felt that I was not adequately informed as to an updated time of completion and it left me wondering if more difficulties were encountered during the process than were initially expected or just what was going on.

The service was stellar, definitely top notch. We can't even tell our car was hit. Thank you! And thank you for the frequent updates via texts, they relieved so much stress. I have never seen that done before and we loved it! Also, I was shocked to see my car was cleaned and vacuumed! Amazing!

My trunk will not open now. The fog light that was repaired doesn't work. The parking brake isn't as smooth. Totally unsatisfied and will be calling you in the morning.
