I was amazed at how easy the whole process was and all of the staff at Craft Collision were professional and friendly. I appreciate all that they did for me. I had to bring the vehicle back because of a faulty bulb and they took it back and fixed the problem fast and efficiently. Best experience I have ever had with a repair company

I already talked to someone about coming in tomorrow morning. My car was broken into, and craft held it for adjuster to look at and that was great. However, got the car back, it sounds like there's an air leak somewhere and there's scratches on the hood and top of the car still. I didn't notice til I had left to get top work do I couldn't turn around and do something right then.

Excellent professional service. I love as kept informed of the progress through texts. I didn't have to call and pull information out. They kept me updated. Also very courteous in providing me a ride to the car rental place and allowing me to drop off the rental at their location. They get 5stars.

There are air bubbles under the plastic protector where the work was done. I pointed this out to the very nice young lady who went to check with someone inside. I was told they would go away. This doesn't seem right. They should have come out and pressed the air bubbles out. I thought that age and climate would increase the bubbles and cause the plastic to come off.

I have never been treated so well at any business I was updated often and the lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name but she had red hair) was so nice knowledgeable and helpful I didn't see anyone that wasn't friendly the service was so quick and on spot you guys really knocked it out of the park so many businesses could really learn how to treat a customer from you guys thanks for such a job well done!!!!!!
