Everyone was very nice and helpful from beginning to end . I have had that experience with every Billy Craft person i have dealt with so far. The dealership , service department and now the Collision division . I loved my pilot from the get go, but each time i encounter Craft customer service itales me love a Honda that much more.

Service was great! Everyone friendly and kept me informed. Work done as promised. Repairs completed to my satisfaction. My car however was damaged while tgere....front bumper paint scraped. This damage was not noticed by the shop but confirmed through pre pictures taken of my vehicle. Your shop agreed to take care of the damage and offered a rental. My repairs will be done later this month. The after experience could have been bad but you were professional and easy to work with. Overall satisfied but wanted this documented so before and after inspection process can be reviewed. Thank you!!

Craft Collision did an excellent job with my car. They not only made the car look new again, but they thoroughly cleaned the interior as well. The staff goes out of their way for its customers. I would recommend Craft Collision for any body work! THANKS AGAIN!! :)
