Craft Collision does phenomenal work. They also have wonderful customer service. This is the 2nd time I have used Craft, and I have a Ford. I actually went to Laslie before Craft just to get a quote and the technicians were crude knowing there was a customer near. I have recommended Craft Collision to all my friends & family! I'm speechless; the whole interior is ruined from you guys taking it out to make the dents in the roof from a hail storm! And you kept it 2 extra days to make sure everything was tip top! Ha!

Overall I was satisfied with the repairs performed by Craft Collision. However, I requested three times that minor scratches on the rear lift gate be touched-up which I was assured would be done at no additional charge. This was not done at all or not satisfactorily. It was subsequently done and additional touch-up paint provided before I left. This is my second repair job with Craft Collision and there was no offer to "walk around" the completed job with a staff member. In the future this should be your policy as in my experience at other collision repair shops such as Sandrof Auto Body.

I picked up my car today to find that the v6 badge on my trunk had been removed. The receptionist could not tell me why it was removed but said that it would be replaced. I thought this was very strange.

There was remains of black plastie dip on the bumber and it was just shot over with clear coat so it looks a lilttle tacky and unprofessional.

We made the right choice bringing our car to Craft on Forest Brook Rd. Can't tell the car was ever hit. And..they went further by 'touching up' a ding from a parking lot 'hit and run' on the other side of the car at no cost. If ever needed in the future we'll be back to Craft Collision. Thank you.
