In Nov Craft called us to make an appointment for repair, but when we arrived the part was not there. It was on back order. They never called to tell us the part had arrived. I called in Dec. the part was there. I made an appointment. From that point, the experience was good. Nice people. Good service. Pleasant waiting area.

The paint job had bubbles and hard rock like objects in it. They went from one end to the other end of the bumper. I was called on Friday saying it was ready and they sent it back to be re done. Today is Tuesday afternoon and no word yet.

There's a section of black moulding around the headlight that isn't flush. I realize it's an older car, but I'd like it to match the light on the other side. I'd like to bring it in for someone to look at for me. Thanks.

Where passenger headlight was replaced it leaves more of gap on that side of the hood then there is on driver side where no damage was done. There is a gap on approximately ****/4 to ****/2". Something not fitting properly.

I was so pleased, that when a deer took out the front end on my wife's car one week after my SUV was damaged we decided to have Craft repair the damage to her BMW. I will recommended Craft to all associates in the future.

The body work was fine. When I started the vehicle to take it off of their lot, the engine was revving at over 2m Rpms and there was a significant noise coming from under the hood. Craft Collision took the car to the service center at Billy Craft Honda. They report a cracked tensioner assembly. It appears this damage was done at the body shop. I do not have the vehicle back and I have contacted the insurance adjuster. We have not yet reached a satisfactory solution.
