You all were very professional yet had a personal touch that said thank you for using Billy Craft Collision. Having known Billy Craft and his son Kendal for almost forty years, I'm sure he would be proud of his employee's and friends at Billy Craft Collision. One of my fondest memories of Kendal way back in the early 80's. My Honda civic broke down on Rt 221 just a few hundred yards from the dealership. It was a worn rotor button on the distributor and usually jiggling it a little bit would allow it to work long enough to get you home. Not this time! But Kendal and his friend Kevin Hamlet were riding by and stopped to help me out. Even though they were closed on a Saturday afternoon they took me back and got a rotor button out of parts inventory and got me going again. I'll never forget that favor and always have fond memories of Kevin and the Craft family. Really sorry to hear about the passing of Billy and his grandson. Prayers for the family and may God Bless all those that knew them.

Customer service was excellent. Every thing was not fixed properly so I can not say completely satisfied. However, it is being taken care of and if done right then I will be completely satisfied. I also noticed a" bubble" in my door that I need to contact you about.I still thought the coordination process was great.

The body repair work looked amazing. The time that took for repairs was fantastic. The only complaint was that someone over looked the rear lights being hooked up. That was a major oversight. Especially if we were pulled over by the the police for having no tail lights.
