I understand things happen and you were very good about letting me know that my car wasn't going to be ready on time. However, I was not pleased to pick up my car and find that the paperwork was incorrect. I was in the process of packing to go out of town and really didn't have the unknown time it was going to take to get that completed. I understand that insurance companies, in this case USAA, would send you batched payments, but I find it very hard to believe there isn't corresponding numbers to reference payment vs auto repair. It just takes time to match those numbers and I don't think it was done. I have no complaints with the work that was done on the car other than my driver's side plastic flooring cover is a mess with work boot prints.

Our only gripe is that the estimated time turned out to be about half what was needed. The work on the car itself appears to have been done quite well. We'll come back...if need be.
