Wished there was more detail in the updates since it took two weeks, but repair was well done, good color match.

First Off Everyone was extremely nice. It’s gotta be a joy to work with folks like I came in contact with during my visits. The actual work that was performed on my vehicle was second to none. Everything looks great and it’s gauranteed. And now that the work has been preformed I’ll let the cat out of the bag Magic City Ford Collision repair was over $200 more and the funny thing was after they gave me the estimate they asked what other estimates have I gotten. I told them I got one from Craft Collision they said we would love to have the business and showed the your estimate and all I heard was we can’t do it for that price. The funny thing is I thought you guys were a lot more realistic about the time it took to preform the repairs. Magic City was very unrealistic about the amount of time to repair. It’s nice to know their are business out there that are comfortable making a fair profit for their work. Kudos off to the Craft Collision “Highly Recommended” and affordable!

Workmanship excellent and done on time.

This was the best repair shop experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very nice, quick and knowledgeable. I felt like my car was in very good hands. Also the front desk secretary, Shannon, was absolutely amazing. I called several times with several very stupid questions, and she answered and handled them all without making me feel like an idiot- she is a true treasure. Thank you all so much.

All damage was throughly evaluated and replaced as needed. They took their time and was fixed completely to our satisfaction.

Craft Collision in Roanoke has always been very professional and courteous, putting the customer in high priority. My vehicle was hit by a deer over Thanksgiving weekend and I just got it back today. The snow, holidays, sickness, delivery of parts, etc. plus the need for new tires caused the delay in my getting my vehicle back sooner, but Craft Collision was very helpful with some issues I had. I am very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend the Roannoke group and will return to them if needed.
