Everyone went beyond there job duties to ensure car was complexly fixed to my expectations. Anthony Talamonti was the ultimate gentleman in answers questions from begging to end of car repair and making sure I was satisfied, Adrian Gagliani took time out of his work and removed salt stains in the driver side interior door. Overall I was satisfied with ABRA. When I got home I noticed a couple marks that I guess could not be removed due to the severe damages my car sustained. I was hoping that they would restore the car completely to it’s original condition but it’s alright. I wish they would have told me about the marks and why they could not be removed because some of them look like scratches I could easily buff out with a scratch removal kit. I will use ABRA again for smaller car repairs, however for collision damage I will most likely use another shop because of the marks left untreated on my car.

They did a great job on the car and everyone was very nice. I would've liked to have a more accurate prediction as to when they were going to be done as I was a little in the dark about the timeline but it was done faster than I thought and turned out great so I'm satisfied and would recommend them.

I was very impressed with the attention that I received and with the communication. I only have one small complaint. I received a rental car (from Enterprise) and the vehicle had an expired inspection sticker. I was surprised since it was from February and it’s now late April.

As soon as I walked out the door from dropping my car off I began making calls raving over the unbelievable, outstanding service I received from all employees! They were very professional, friendly, courteous, honest, detail oriented, they explains every single thing to me that would happen with my car from start till I received it back, they answered any question I had in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. They totally made me feel comfortable trusting them with leaving my car here. They kept me informed every step of the way what was going on with my car and when it was ready. They were fast and did a awesome job! I was very pleased when I picked my car up! I told them if I ever need service again this is where I will be coming for now on and this is where I will 100% refer all my family and friends! Best service and friendliest Staff I’ve ever dealt with at a car repair shop! Tell them to keep doing what they are doing because I rate them over a A+! Thank you all for a fantastic job well done!
