Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Western Ave

I am very, very disgusted in the service. Post repair services on September 3rd, i'm still waiting for a retainer to be placed on. Anna marie reinhart assisted me and she couldn't give me NO idea of when ABRA would receive the part. That was not reassuing at all. Furthermore, i begin to use my car **** day later at night, now my lights do not automatically come on. I am not confident that they will efficiently complete this. Here i am again having to figure out if this will be done correctly after it should have been done correctly the first time!!! Anna seems to have a nonchalant attitude about the retainer and i'm not happy with approaching her with this new situation. I will be informing ABRA about my latest issue, Tuesday after the labor day holiday. My services were tainted and not handled in a professional manner. I was expecting quality customer and automobile services instead i get my car returned to me partially done in a noncompassionate way. Im pretty sure i will have to come out my pocket with ways to repair my car the RIGHT way. This is unfair business!!! I will not recommend anyone to ABRA. I will be reporting this issue to my insurance carrier, state farm.

My service was absolutely wonderful. The staff members are outstanding. Anna was incredible.

I appreciate the fact that I was sent a text almost daily giving me updates about the status of my vehicle. I would suggest maybe having a time for walk in appointments. Other than that I was very pleased.

The team and receptionist was extremely awesome especially ****, the manager, Anna, and the other receptionist. I recommend services to all.

Was completely satisfied with the repair work performed on my car. Anna kept me informed on how the repairs were coming along and when my car was going to be ready for pickup. My car was actually ready before the estimated date which was a nice surprise. They washed and cleaned my car before I arrived for the acceptance inspection. This made it easy to inspect the work. I would recommend Abra body shop without hesitation !!

They did a great job, pleasant attitude and keep me up to date on my progress on my car.

Even though I was not able to drop my car off on the first scheduled appointment, they did a wonderful job on my car. I would recommend them to other people.

I never had accident before, so i did not know what to expect. But im so happy i chose abra. From moment i called, staff was gelpful. My car was towed there and worked on almost immediately. Anna was such a pleasure to be in contact with. Very professional and understanding in my time of need. Ot was almost like family. Thanks so much!
