They definitely kept me informed on the process. My vehicle was modified for wheelchair and it appears they did a good job of reattaching the modifications to the new, repaired parts. Most importantly, i couldnt get anyone to drop me off to pick up my vehicle, and they arranged for a manager to drive my vehicle to my house and i took him back to the company.
