Everyone at the Aston site is always professional and cordial and accommodating to what my needs are as a customer and always my car is taken very good care of with the repairs needed. This last visit was not my first visit to ABRA at Aston. I always know that when I go there all of my worries and concerns are take care of that in fact I don't have worries or concerns because of how well I'm treated and the repairs of the car are so professional. Although it is a journey from my house to go to the Aston shop it is much more convenient for me to go to the Aston shop because it's near to where I work in Delaware County. Last year a friend of mine was in a car accident in my car. I took it to Keenan because my insurance listed it as a preferred shop. The staff made the whole experience as painless as possible, kept me updated on the repair process and did an excellent job on the car. When I was in my accident a couple weeks ago, I requested for Keenan to do the repairs because of my past experience with the shop. I knew I could trust them to fix my car and fix it right. I hope having an accident every spring doesn't become a yearly tradition, but if it happens again, I know I will take my car to Keenan. I will also recommend this shop to friends and family
