Only the message on Monday that car was 68 percent complete and on schedule for Wednesday at 4 pm. Then next afternoon that car would not be finished finally completed Friday afternoon probably shouldn't have sent that message.

I actually didn't get my vehicle repaired because it was a total loss however dealing with Betty was a great experience she helped me with getting my possession's out of my car and walked me through the process. I will definitely use this collision center again. Thank you!

Vehicle was at collision center entirely too long. I had vehicle towed to Galloway because it was associated w Ford dealership. The first day it was there I asked Betty Greim to have vehicle inspected by Ford tech/service dept due to extent of suspension damage and steering complaint. Betty chose not to do this. Communication was horrible as I always had to all her. The many automated texts delaying "scheduled pick up were not helpful. Betty implied vehicle would be done saying by she would call that day wait had to go to clean up. Betty went home never communicating with me. This is how Mr. Walters became involved. We drove from Tarpon Springs to pick up our vehicle and declined it due to noise that was not present before accident. Once again, I expressed concern asking Mr. Walters to haver Ford service dept review repair and noise. He had shop foreman ride wit him and they decided to put backing plate on right front brake. This did not help. The next call came from Mr Walters stating I had to approve 2 hrs of diag Togo further on a repair they did not make correctly. Within moments of your Ford service dept viewing the vehicle it was determined it needed a transmission. Once again communicating with us was unacceptable. The adjuster actually drove over 90 miles to review the repair recommendation and was sent away because they could not find Mr Walters. Betty was actually rude when she was told what customer vehicle they were looking for. I called as was told by Mr Walters he was too busy and couldn't get anyone in service to answer him so he could not give me status on our vehicle. I wrote email to service director and GSM never to receive rely from them or your Quality Control Dept. I was advised by our adjuster when he arrived to service someone tossed him the keys telling him to take our car, it was in parking lot somewhere, for a ride and see if he could hear the noise. I was wondering if that is policy or if someone from your organization should have ridden w them. Our who le was there just short of8 weeks and returned filthy. I can provide documentation, copies of emails if anyone is interested. I certainly know why the collision center is not a preferred shop. The only professional, couteous emotes is your receptionist. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw my car and realized it has been cleaned inside and out. It looked like I was driving out of a new car lot. The repair work is fabulous. Thank you so much!!

The Collision Center itself is wonderful! Great work, very nice and efficient. But I think it's time to end your relationship with the Enterprise Car Rental location you use--disorganized, confused, inefficient, poorly maintained vehicles and a scary pick-up driver.
