I still cannot believe how you have the courage of delivering the car in the conditions I see it when I got home.
The car was filthy with white powder all over my brand new mats and rear seat.
There are white powder marks along the exterior strip of the car where the repair was made.
Definitely very disappointed for the poor delivery service.
I have pictures in my phone available if anyone wants to see them.

Took two weeks to get my vehicle fixed and still isn't fixed correctly. No one was in contact with me letting me know what's going on and in the end the thing wasn't fixed

The last report told me the car would be done on 9/4/15. Additional parts were needed after dis-assembly and I didn't get the car until 9/9/15. The email reports should have told me that but I phoned on 9/4/15 to find this out.

They called in the morning and said the car was all done and the final inspection was done and I could come and pick it up.So I stopped by after work and got in car and looked in back seat and all the panels for the sides of the inside of car were just laying every where. So I had to go back in and tell them my car was not ready. I then had to wait for them to fix that.

Professional from the outset of the handling of the estimate, updates were provided daily, for just a very nasty scrape took all the measures necessary to ensure that the end product would be perfect which it is my wife's favorite car as she says feelshe like himself again

I am not satisfied with the communication during the process. Initially, it was estimated to take only a week to affect the repairs and that turned into over three weeks. I had to repeatedly call for updates. I probably will not return in the future.
