I was satisfied with the actual repair but the cover to my battery was broken. I was told that it would be replaced. So until it gets replaced I am not completely satified

I made the appointment to bring my vehicle in for repair nearly three weeks before I actually took it to the shop. They had plenty of time to order the parts that they needed and yet waited until I dropped my car off before they ordered the parts. It took them three weeks to replace one door and one front door panel and paint it. I could have ordered both of the doors pre painted and installed them myselves in less than half of the time. Needless to say I will not be bringing any other vehicles here for repair in the future. I'm seriously considering contacting someone in upper management in the mile one group. The car I had repaired I purchased from one of their dealerships. I got excellent service when they sold me the car and frankly **** service having it repaired. Tom you need to start responding to your voicemails. Your customer service skills are sorely lacking

The staff were great but took a month to get a relatively minor accident damage fixed. Hard to understand why that was so. Was originally told it would take two weeks. Had to pay high rental car fee because of that. As for the work itself appears to be high quality and the staff were polite and professional.

The repair was delayed because the estimate was requested from a different person other than Ryan despite me giving the right contact person. This resulted in a week's delay. Also communication was poor since I had to keep asking at times about updates. Lastly when I asked if my car was being delivered to Volvo the only response I got was a text saying customer updated without telling me the location of my car when indeed it had been delivered but Monday afternoon but it was not well communicated to anyone so I was my time Monday evening by going to Volvo silver spring because I could locate my car there by on call and again went back Tuesday afternoon to finally pick car up at lunchtime in between seeing patients

Although I am very satisfied with work performed on my car, I stated to Jim in the Collision Center that I was not happy with the fact that the color did not match exactly. The new bumper is whiter than the rest of my car. He suggested that I wait 30 days to see if the color adjusts and that I could call if it didn't. For me the color makes it look like a slap job done.

Your staff is so helpful - when the GEICO agent was nowhere to be found, your staff searched for them. When I didn't see my car on the lot at pick-up time, your staff walked me to it. Truly above and beyond this customers expectations. Thank you for the customer service focus - and I'm sorry I don't know specific names!
