When I was called the first time to pick my vehicle up I noticed it wasn't repaired the right way. Once I complained they kept it then repaired it to my satisfaction.

I wish that I knew when the repair would be completed better. I had expected my car to be ready on Friday. I put too much gas in the rental car. I lost about $5 as they offer no refund for more gas in the vehicle than when rented. I was glad to receive my car on Wednesday.

They did not completely repair my car. They didn't replace my bumper and my fog lights. The part that they did repair when I saw my car it was coming off. I will never get my car serviced on here again.

I was given an estimate of 3 days that my car would be in the shop. Then my date was pushed back 2 days, then again for 3 additional days, and finally 2 more days. I was told that the wrong part was sent to this shop which is what caused the delay. I understand that this was not the fault of the collision center; however, it was an inconvenience to not have my car back within the intended time estimate. I ended up paying triple what I had expect to pay for the rental car.
