Last time I was updated on the status of the repair down to the percentage. I did not know how long it was going to take. I got a text saying it was ready. I thought you were suppose to wash the car? More than half of my rear bumper was painted there, it didn't match my original color, the shop repainted the matched color, but only part of my bumper, still left about 50% unmatched paint that was painted at first time. 2 uneven painted spot look like bubble, took 12 days did such unprofessional job, Very disappointed!

Didnot get my first update of addition to adjustment didnot know I needed n I met until I called in on Thursday I thknk. Was wondering what took repairs so long. Was satisfied with everything except replace tag cover don't match my rear .

The car was messy inside with grease or some type of oil. The repair was not adequate to the front bumper. They merely painted over chips which left noticeable depressions. They also failed to even address the damage above the right front wheel. When I called to discuss the repairs I was told that the auto repair shop was not responsible. Then I was asked to come in on my lunch hour (on their schedule) to have the car re-examined. I am completely dissatisfied with the repairs and especially the lack of customer service.

Everything was great except the negative battery terminal was left loose. The second or third time I turned on the car I thought it was dead. I knew what was wrong so it wasn't a big deal, but somebody else might have been pretty upset.
