I am concerned about the driving range indicator in car. After repairs, it read 650+ miles after I filled gas tank. It had never been more than 460 miles before accident. Did you guys install a larger gas tank? Is there some other reason why the driving range indicator max value has increased so dramatically? I do not want to run out of gas thinking I have more gas than I really do. Should I bring it back in?? You can contact me at: ****-****-xxxx or

When it's cold make sure the vehicles that's been sitting can start just in case they may need a jump start before the owner gets there....other than that I'm completely satisfied

Everyone was so friendly. My car only took 3 days and it looks as good as new! I kept reviving “ready” texts when I picked up my car, haha. That may need to be fixed!

My goodness, your staff is wonderful. Those girls went out of their way to help me.My BMW looks beautiful and the bumper looks beautiful. Matter of fact, you cleaned up the whole car and it looks beautiful. Thank you so much. It was worth waiting for.

The communication that I received from the Toyota Collision Center was extremely poor. I was given multiple estimated finished dates for my car and instead of receiving a call or an email saying that my car was not finished, the finish date would pass without anyone contacting me. I had to countiously reach out to Toyota to get updates on when I can expect my car to be finished. My service experience was poor due to this lack of communication.

I live allbthe way in Pasadena, got home and my front turn signals are inoperative. Now I have to use vacation hrs from work to bring it back out on Monday. Very frustrated!!!

The folks were very nice. The workmanship top notch. The communication regarding how the work was going and when it might be finished was zero unless I emailed Ms. Donna Fike who was very kind and helpful. I'm not sure what your routine system is for keeping customers up to date, but it sure didn't work for me. The problem with that was Geico kept cancelling my Enterprise rental so I would get these calls from Enterprise telling me I had to come in and assume my rental charges. Really aggravating. Ignoring the issues between Enterprise and Geico, if I was aware of delays in the repairs I would have been able to head the rental car problems off at the pass. No need to contact me.

Everyone was great. Had the driver side mirror replaced. For some reason it vibrates. Thinking about bringing it back but waiting to see if it stops before returning. The experience was great. But might need an adjustment to the repair.

I paid for a detail package however, my car was returned with black smudges on the tan interior and seats that were not there when I dropped it off. The outside of the vehicle was also dirty and has 3 scratches on the side window panel that were not there originally. It's bad enough I bought my car in May and had damage done less than six months later. Additional damage from the repair shop is totally unacceptable.
