In addition to not being kept abreast of the status of my vehicle, I was assured that it had not been driven to a dealership to get a part replaced. "Your car had a collision sensor error so we definitely wouldn't have driven it. We have a transport service for that." Only to later find out it had been driven more than 60miles. I had shy of a half tank of gas. It was returned with 11 miles til empty. It took 32 days for minor cosmetic damage, just part replacements. If I ever befall another accident, this heritage center will not get the opportunity to repair my vehicle.

I do have minor complaint my valve stem cover was missing and there was tape residue from the protective cover but it was removed by the personal at pick up
I am satisfied with the work that was done and thanks for being aware of what was needed to get it back to factory state

I have an idiot line on and it was handled when I picked up the car, but came back on when I turned off the engine and restarted. Means another trip to the dealer. Not good.

We dropped the car off last week, we left several messages for the technician to call in reference to the repairs. Not only did she never call, but the chrome accent piece on my vehicle that was damaged during the accident was never replaced, there was also extensive damage behind my license plate that was not addressed. We refused to accept the car today
