Russel gave us quote for OEM parts but installed aftermarket parts which decreased my car resale value. Color of parts not mached. And even not fixed professional way.
I am so disappointed with your whole service. Hood lock is not working properly.
Please let me know what is the difference between russel and other collision center.

Had to return 3 times. Damage was not properly repaired first two times. The one older lady with white hair that sits towards the back left was very rude and absolutely had no customer service.

I didnt like getting in my car finding glass still everywhere still in seat, floor, cupholder,glove department i also was not pleased with me having to call the collision shop to asked them how long they were going to keep my car after having it n there possession over 24 hours n black spots on the back bumperon the back passengerside i asked about the guy to his finger n tried to rub off

I'm happy to say that I'm very pleased with the repairs on my vehicle.On the other hand I'm very dissatisfied with your customer service I received on Friday November 20th, when I called to acquired about the theft that took place from my vehicle. My parking vouchers were stolen from my vehicle, with a total value of 580.00 also my favorite shopping bag.WhenI talked to the service receptionist she was not helpful at all she talked to me as if I were an idiot,I'm so hurt and distraught about this.She did not assure me of any resolution.Mean while l have to pay out of pocket to park my car in the garage.I don't understand why you all would allow thievery at your place of business from your employees.As of this day I have not heard any resolution from Russel Toyota Collision Center.I will not use your services anymore.

the outside mirror on the drivers side was a manually remote mirror and is no longer operably by remote because the remote mechanism was damaged after you took the car for repairs.
the drivers side seat is damaged on the bottom. there was no damage before you took possession of the car.
the front licsence plate was not mounted on the front bumper. a technician installed the licsence plate at 3137 auto blvd on nov. 18,2015 after the car was returned.

he has been servicing this car since i bought it on presidents day 1996. i called him yesterday and he agrees with me about all the above statements: outside remote mirror was fine before repairs and front seat was not damaged before repairs.

Well Bruce is the nicest person! He immediately welcomed me with a smile and gave me a run through of what was to be expected. My car even came back vacuumed (which, embarrassingly, it desperately needed) along with other noticeable cleaning. I also loved the texts that kept me informed. Although the circumstances that brought me there were unfortunate, I think I'll be return for other car needs.:)
