I was told _about 3 days to fix a one inch dent and it was 2 weeks and now my doors will not unlock using front driver handle which for some reason was replaced when the dent was on the rear door so now I have to have that fixed.

I received my car after 13 days only to find that it is pulling to the left (the side the accident was on), and that the driver's side headlight doesn't work properly. Also, it appears that the headlight from the right side might have been replaced from a more weathered car. Now I have to suffer the inconvenience of taking the car back Saturday to have the headlight fixed and Monday to have the alignment fixed.

Staff was very pleasant; however car was left in front and was damaged from debris thrown by lawn mower. One area still had scratches following repair. The car was freshly washed when dropped off and inspected and we would have seen new areas of concern at that time. I'm not upset, but do expect the damage to be repaired. The show was closing when I picked the car up, so missed the opportunity to discuss with my advisor.

The wheels that was placed for the front wheel doesn't match that of the original with the automobile. I have been in contact but not addressed to date. This needs to be addressed ASAP as we can't accept it. Thanks, Nega B

I received numerous messages stating my vehicle was completed to find out it wasn't. Tire pressure system warning is on and listed as repaired on detailed repair print out.

Almost completely satisfied. 98%. A small badge on the tailgate was replaced with a different trim level on my Volvo XC90. Is an Inscription trim but the badge was replaced with R design logo. Very minor and actually unique. Also the bumper had to be trimmed to allow for the trailer hitch, was not done quite as smooth and straight as the original, but hardly noticeable.

I ve been violated and very upset with how my car been used and abused by your company employee.. I ve never experienced anything like this before . My car was drop off March 14,2016 with 44,308 miles when I picked my car up on Mar 22,2016 I have 44,720 miles someone has driven my car over 400 miles!!! What the #. Is going on!!!! My car has been abused 400 miles closer to my warranty ending without me driving!!! This isn't exceptable!! I extremely upset my brakes sounds terrible and this wasn t a issue prior to dropping my car off.!!!!! Toyota has really disappointed me. And allowing your employees to take a customers car and use it at their disposal !!! I question the loyality that this my company has for ifs customers.. My repair did not require my car to be driven at all!!!
