Your email notification system does not work. I received emails the day I left the car for repair and not a one since. I have still not received electronic versions of records that were promised. Complete satisfaction would have also involved a more accurate projection of completion date and no issues to resolve with Tire Pressure Monitoring system reset. Was it all "good enough?" Maybe, but you asked about complete satisfaction.

The whole process took 3 weeks for a rear end collision repair and once I got it back, it wasn't perfect. The inside is dirty with dust all in the trunk and marks on the ceiling and there's sealant sticking out from a seam on the outside of the rear door. Additionally, when I went to pick it up, I was checking it out and when I closed the rear door with the door handle the whole thing popped out of the door. The individual who was explaining the repairs to me accused me of pulling to hard - are you kidding me? The only good service I received was by the front desk ladies and the initial estimate. Needless to say, I'm not happy and will not take my car back to Russell collision.
