I never bring any of my family or my card to this slow business. Made an appointment in advance to bring my car in for the bumper to be replaced. They gave me 4 different dates and two of date made on the same day. I had to demand my car on the 10/21. They kept giving me the run around. Never again. I told my friends and co-workers not to do business with this body shop again.

The vehicle repairs look great first accident with this. Exile concerned things would not look right however the shop did great and my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened. Very pleased with the outcome.

The repairs were excellent. When I picked up my car there were dirty parts left in my back seat that left it dirty and required cleaning. Plus I was told my car would be washed and it wasn't. My hood had bird poop on it. To that point I was very displeased.

Hello,Thanks for all you have done up to this point. This evening I realized there appears that a piece of clear scotch tape was left on the left side of the car. I am not an expert but it appears that a layer of clear coat was applied on top of it because I cannot remove it.

I was told it would take a week and a half. I took my car in Tuesday and got it back on Friday. It only took 3 days. I am very happy about that. Also, they did a very nice job on my car. Thank you.

Overall my experience was positive -- everyone was very helpful, pleasant and professional and the repairs were done in the time that was estimated. What I am not completely pleased with is the quality of the paint job that was done or the clean-up afterwards. The areas that were painted have an "orange peel" effect -- from a distance it looks great -- up close, not so much. There are also tape marks still on the windows from where areas were taped off. I did not bring this to anyone's attention when I picked up my vehicle for a few reasons: (****) The car is 10 years old with 163,000+ miles on it; (2) The cars appearance is certainly better than when it arrived at the shop; and (3) I did not pay for the repairs - the company responsible for the damages did. I also noticed that my trunk latch, although it closes and latches, is not working as it did prior to the repairs. It seems to catch and requires more force to close it. If my vehicle was newer with less mileage, or I had paid for the repairs myself, I would have brought these issues to someone's attention immediately and requested that it be corrected. Repair took much too long. 3 wks to repair a side view mirror and body scratches on a "2008" Nissan. Time frame misleading since I checked often for your need for additional $s from Geico and I got confirmation from them when approved. I get a small S.S. income and have only basic coverage on this vehicle, I paid $12.99/day for coverage on a Chevy Malibu from Enterprise. I begged the repair move more efficiently. I was told on 9/19 it was going to paint avail in 2-3 days. Advisor Tom was a gleeful snake oil salesmen type saying " we want the repair to be the very best" Really? On a well worn older vehicle? I truly believe Geico should reevaluate your services when this job was milked for more money. Will never use your shop again nor refer it to anyone. Definitely not a happy customer.

It's never fun when your car is damaged or has to get repair for a simple fender bender to side swiping while parked.. I would like to thank Michelle and the team that worked on my car. The passenger door looks just as if it never happened... I'd also like thank enterprise for also helping me with rental. Will recommend you to my friends and family.. Thank you

The repair was not completed. Also the detailing job I paid for was poorly done. I had to bring the car back the same day once I discovered the repair was not complete. I am extremely unsatisfied.
