organizing my job. He was very professional, friendly, understanding, and sympathetic to my time deadline. He kept me updated and informed. The only problem I had was with the cashier, who was not so friendly and did not want to give me a copy of one of the papers I signed. However, Jim checked with management and I was given a copy. Anytime I sign anything I want a copy.

I am satisfied with the repairs. However, I was completely disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the repairs. My vehicle went into the shop for repairs on October 22, 2016. My vehicle was returned to me on December 30, 2016. This was unacceptable to me.

They had my car for a month and they failed to update me on my vehicle status, they didn't completely replace my door the panel is exactly the same, they glued rear bumper but it still sticking out and cracked but you all got my insurance company for an extra 1800 for complete ****, my looks like a rush job all the way around, I will never do business with this company ever again and I will definitely make it known to the public of this hack job on my car thanks for wasting a month of my time, epic fail, yall just do it for the money SMH
