My car went in the shop on 2/27/2017 and I got a call 3/10/2017 stating that the repairs were done I went to retrieve my car on 3/11/2017 I looked at my My and noticed right away that my car was not repaired. The body shop foreman Ahmed gave some BS story about it may need a bracket!!!! If you knew it need a bracket to make flush with the rest of the car then it should have been done !!!!!! The quality of work that was done on my 2016 Honda Accord Sport was poor to me !!!!!! I will not use this collision center again or recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with all the updates that i received and how fast the car was repaired. It was completed in roughly 2.5 weeks. and the appraiser had told me it would be 4 to 5 weeks.So very happy with that. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and came quickly.Everyone i dealt with was pleasant and friendly. The car was cleaned nicely. Overall A experience. Thank you. Beth

I am very impressed with the quality of repair work (almost 23,000 worth!) done on my 2016 BMW X5 SUV. The Repair Workshop Foreman, Mr. Ahmed Magoub was very meticulous, as well as extremely professional! He kept me apprised, every step of the almost 4 months of the repair work duration. So, far, so good, as the old adage goes!

My car took a week to be repaired. Big inconvenience After being reunited with my car I found that the Cadillac that I once enjoyed and loved is no more. Car is very noisy Hearing exhaust under engine and freeway driving is very loud. Where is my Cadillac I will be reporting this to somebody immediately
